What is the Standardization / Property Readiness service?

It’s a one-time service where we review your property, create a clear checklist of what’s missing, coordinate small fixes and help you get the home guest-ready so it can then be managed or listed with Troperti.

Do you only work with properties in Guyana?

Yes. This service is focused on homes and apartments located in Guyana, where our team and local providers can support you properly.

What kind of things do you review?

We look at the overall condition of the property, basic repairs, furniture, equipment, lighting, safety basics (locks, smoke alarm if applicable, etc.) and presentation for photos and guests.

Do you do big renovations?

No. We focus on minor repairs and practical improvements (paint touch-ups, small fixes, basic furniture or equipment). For major renovations we can give general recommendations, but those projects stay under your responsibility.

Who pays for the items that need to be bought or repaired?

You approve all purchases and works. We coordinate with local providers, but the cost of items and services is paid by you or deducted from your rental income if agreed in advance.

How long does the readiness process take?

It depends on the starting condition of the property, but usually it takes from a few days to a few weeks once you approve the actions and budgets.

Do I have to use Troperti management after this service?

No, it’s not mandatory. However, the service is designed so your property is ready to move easily into Troperti Listing Management or Full Management if you decide to continue with us.

Can you work with me if I live outside Guyana?

Yes. Many owners are overseas. We can do part of the review virtually, send you photos and videos, and coordinate local providers while keeping you updated online.
